Our charms are dainty and delicate therefore they are made with a different process than our regular everyday pieces. We recommend a little more care with these pieces. Only use soft cloth for cleaning and avoid harsh chemicals, cleaning agents, perfume, etc. as that may cause discoloration as with any soft metals.
